Schedule Control

A key component of Qavi’s Project Management Plan is Schedule Control. The Project CPM must be updated in a timely fashion in order to properly allocate resources and prepare mitigation plans (if necessary) to accommodate ever progressing and changing conditions. Qavi utilizes the following tools to update and plan and efficient and clear transition from commencement of work to final completion.

• Four-Week Rolling Schedules (Short-Interval Schedules)

• Master Project Schedule

• Updating the detailed transition / Occupancy Schedule
